I'm All Over the Web
Well, a few places anyway. For the first entry to be filed under Links, I have shamelessly chosen to plug my own sites. I promise not to do this in subsequent entries. Not very much, anyway.
Mark Simonson Studio is my main website where I show my work and sell fonts. The Notebook section (where you are now) is at a slightly different location, i.e., www.marksimonson.com. Not that it matters.
You can also see some of my lettering at The iSpot.
If you are a fan of the early years of National Lampoon magazine, Mark’s Very Large National Lampoon Site is the site for you. This is something I began in 1996 as a way of learning how to do a web site and it just kind of got out of hand. Honestly, this is still where I often try things out web design techniques for the first time. I don’t spend as much time on it as I used to, but I compiled a huge amount of material there over the nearly eight years it’s been around.
I have one other website which is not of much consequence anymore, the Mac/Atari Fusion site. I did it in 1998, a time when the only web design program I knew was PageMill. So, brace yourself. It’s a bit primitive as a website. It covers a rather thin and obscure subject and never really went anywhere, which is probably just as well. The only reason I mention it is that visitors here might be interested in the fonts page.
